Bruce Schneier has an excellent piece called Drone Self-Defense and the Law in his September 15, 2015 newsletter. It is about the mainstreaming of the RC hobby and how this might come to interact with privacy. I touched on this in a post  of my own last month , but of course Schneier writes a much clearer manner, and with insight. Worth a read.
